Your primary responsibilities will include assisting patients with activities of daily living, collecting patient specimens and data, and recognizing and reporting any abnormalities or changes in patient health status.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Collect patient specimens and data, including vital signs, input/output, and other delegated measurements
* Recognize and report any abnormalities or changes in patient health status and response to treatment
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
