As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our team to provide high-quality patient care and support the rehabilitation efforts of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • Work closely with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Implement and evaluate treatment plans to ensure patient progress and satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Oregon
  • 1+ year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
