Job Overview

As a Registered Nurse at Trinity Health Corporation, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care on our 36-bed post-surgical unit.

About the Unit:

The post-surgical floor is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will work closely with our experienced nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and outcomes
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have a current Michigan Nursing License and a degree from an accredited nursing program. A BSN degree is preferred, but not required; if you do not hold a BSN, you must agree in writing to obtain one within five years.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
