About the Role:

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you will be part of a dynamic team that values your unique skills and passion for beauty. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending products that help them look and feel their best. You will also be expected to demonstrate product application techniques, stay current with the latest beauty trends, and deliver exceptional client service in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Additionally, you will participate in sales and promotional events, provide BOPIS and client service, and maintain a clean and well-stocked store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending products that meet their needs.
  • Demonstrate product application techniques, showcasing your expertise in makeup and skincare routines.
  • Stay current with the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora, ensuring you can provide expert advice to clients.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
  • Participate in sales and promotional events, driving sales and promoting Sephora's products.
  • Provide BOPIS and client service, ensuring seamless experiences for clients.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment, ensuring a positive experience for clients and colleagues.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail, with a passion for client service and beauty.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment, with a focus on maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, with a focus on meeting business needs.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance, with a focus on maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
