We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team at EnduraCare, a leading provider of pediatric therapy services in the United States. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality care to children with communication disorders.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity to work as a Speech Language Pathologist on our OP pediatrics team, supporting the Community Action Preschool via Clinton Memorial in Wilmington, OH. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech therapy evaluations as per medical orders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to promote language development and improve communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress.
Requirements
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited university.
  • A current license and/or registration as a Speech Language Pathologist in-state, as applicable.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations and knowledge of best practices in pediatric speech therapy.
