- Operate machinery and systems in line with specific operational activities.
- Utilize forklifts, manage pallet wrapping, and support processes such as conditioning, packaging, and treatment.
- Assist in overseeing field operations including planting, monitoring, harvesting, and data collection.
- Support process order tracking, administrative tasks, maintenance requests, and production data management using systems like SAP, SMMS, and WMS.
- Maintain up-to-date metrics and information on visual boards and data dashboards to foster teamwork and informed decision-making.
- Notify senior technicians and management of any product or process discrepancies.
- Ensure adherence to site health, safety, and environmental protocols as well as Syngenta's policies and employee conduct standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to guarantee optimal functionality and promptly report any issues or repair needs.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Willingness to work various shifts.
- Familiarity with safety regulations.
- Basic understanding of production software (SCADA).
- Knowledge of standard maintenance practices.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate production records.
