Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and counseling patients on their medication needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community partners to promote health and wellness initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical knowledge and guidelines to provide evidence-based care and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and coordinate services as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
