Planner Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Planner Analyst to join our team in Henderson, Nevada. As a Planner Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and planning monthly build plans to support customer commitments while maintaining adequate inventory levels.

• Develop production, inventory management, and delivery plans to support material and finished goods requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights
• Release assembly orders in quantities that support upper-level demand
• Identify product shortages and develop recovery plans
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure availability and minimize excess stock and obsolescence risks
• Utilize Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) to ensure accurate data
• Review and understand existing BOM structures and physical products
• Analyze production schedules, lead times, and resource availability to identify potential bottlenecks and capacity shortfalls
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, demand, inventory, and operational efficiency
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance trends and insights

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in MPS/MRP planning and/or inventory control
• Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and planning software
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Outstanding planning and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
