Senior Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to join our team as a Resident Assistant at Park Place Senior Living in Platteville, WI. As a Resident Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering hands-on care and support to our residents, working closely with licensed nurses to ensure the highest physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of our residents.

• Provide direct resident care according to each resident's person-centered Plan of Care (POC), including grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, incontinent care, mobility, transferring, oral care, and administering medications.
• Take vital signs, weights, and collect specimens as needed.
• Document information or observations in electronic health records.
• Assist with meal delivery and provide nutritional support.
• Update nurses with physical and social observations.
• Engage in social activities with residents, either one-on-one or in group settings.

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with the ability to support up to 100 pounds.
• Three or more months of work experience with seniors, preferred.
• Prior completion of CBRF training, preferred.
