Quality Inspector

ChampionX is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team in Crowley, TX. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.

• Perform first-piece inspection throughout assigned product group lines/value streams.
• Perform final inspection throughout assigned product group lines/value streams.
• Assist product group lines/value streams in quality problem resolution.
• Perform in-process audits throughout product group lines/value streams.
• Document all inspection and testing results.
• Maintain all document files and test records in an accurate manner.
• Initiate non-conformance reports and assist in corrective/preventive action report determination.
• Perform 100% inspection/sorting as required.
• Assist with writing and updating of inspection procedures and checklists.
• Support actively all H-F Continuous Improvement efforts.
• Verify with gage calibration that all inspection standards/gages are calibrated and kept up to date.
• Observe plant safety rules and report any unsafe conditions.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Commitment to work overtime as needed.
• Maintain appropriate levels of daily attendance, initiative, and productivity.

• The employee is regularly required to stand for a full shift.
• Lift and/or move up to 20 lbs repeatedly.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
