Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and delivered.
  • Support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of nursing.
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum of 1 year current experience in their nursing specialty in an Acute Care hospital setting.
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • CPR-Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
