We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Physicist to join our dynamic radiation oncology program at Cancer Care Northwest. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for all aspects of radiation oncology physics, including 3D, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, and HDR brachytherapy treatment modalities.
About the Role- Collaborate with radiation oncologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement treatment plans using advanced radiation therapy techniques
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control activities to ensure accurate and safe treatment delivery
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in radiation oncology physics
Cancer Care Northwest brings together the combined strength of Cancer Care Northwest, Kootenai Health, and Providence Health Care to provide integrated and comprehensive cancer care for patients in the Inland Northwest. Our radiation oncology program includes eight radiation oncologists, six medical physicists, and six dosimetrists, serving patients at six locations in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area.
