About the Role
  • We are seeking a talented and experienced Traveling Physical Therapist to join our team in Duluth, Georgia.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Computer Charting and OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits. They will be responsible for working in a designated territory with a set amount of patients, providing high-quality physical therapy services to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered physical therapy services in a home health setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:
