Job Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care for post-operative and acute care patients requiring hospitalization

  • Assume responsibility for the outcome of nursing care during a specified work period

  • Collaborate with all available nursing personnel to provide total patient care

  • Maintain knowledge of age-related patient protocols relating to physical and psychological needs

Requirements:
  • Caring communicator, flexible, able to multitask, and comfortable with technological systems

  • IA RN license or compact state

  • BLS and ACLS certification

  • New grads encouraged to apply – Nurse Residency Program available upon hire
