This opportunity allows an LPN to travel locally by working in various GSS locations within a 150-mile radius from home address, providing care with competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, flexibility, and no contract requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to seniors in various settings">
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians">
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans">
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs">
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident interactions and outcomes">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid LPN license, at least 3 months of experience in Long Term Care, and a strong commitment to providing compassionate care. You should also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $24.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus mileage reimbursement and additional incentives for float premiums, weekend shifts, and evening/night shifts. Our benefits package includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and a generous time off package.
