AristaCare Senior Certified Nursing Assistant

The Senior CNA acts as the primary connection between the Unit Manager/Nurse Supervisor and the Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Main Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate the training of new CNAs.
2. Oversee CNA assignments to ensure completion.
3. Inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service.


Available Shifts: 3-11 and 11-7

Key Duties:
- Assist residents with their daily personal care requirements.
- Ensure that CNAs are effectively completing their responsibilities.
- Mentor team members in delivering quality service that reflects the company's values.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for residents and their families.
- Provide orientation and review clinical skills to enhance the competencies of CNA colleagues.
- Support the Nursing Supervisor/Unit Manager in the orientation and training of new CNAs.
- Aid in the reeducation of CNAs who may not meet the company's care standards.
- Participate in the CNA recruitment process and assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Offer insights to Nursing department leaders for the enhancement of resident care.
