Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in providing essential speech and language services to elementary students in a supportive school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Therapy Services: Deliver direct and indirect therapy to elementary students, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote effective communication and language skills.
  • Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need, and develop personalized therapy plans to address these needs.
  • Collaboration: Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress and ensure seamless communication.
  • IEP Development: Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and help craft individualized educational plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Mississippi Speech-Language Pathologist License.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced school environment.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred, but not required.
