Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to expectant mothers and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to patients in the labor and delivery unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in maternal-child health.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program.
  • Current State of Texas License as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, with a preference for new graduates and those willing to train.
