About the Role

The Floor Tech is the face of the gym floor, responsible for ensuring members receive the highest quality of service and facilities. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and a commitment to cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the Retro Fitness outlet main floor
  • Test equipment for efficiency and report any issues to management
  • Stock products and supplies as needed
  • Perform spot cleaning of walls, mirrors, windows, and diamond plating
  • Re-rack weights and disinfect equipment and upholstery
  • Dust facilities and follow company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts and arrive on time
  • Wear full uniform, including brand-approved shirt, khaki or black athletic pants, and sneakers
  • Aim to exceed customer expectations at every opportunity
  • Make eye contact, smile authentically, and speak enthusiastically to customers
  • Be attentive, courteous, and proactive in assisting customers
  • Keep a positive, upbeat personality and communicate clearly and professionally
  • Active CPR/AED certification preferred
Compensation

$12.00 per hour
