Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient dialysis environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
- Float to various clinics during and after training to ensure adequate staffing
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
