Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be instrumental in coordinating and delivering resident care within your assigned units. Reporting directly to the Head Nurse or Assistant Head Nurse, you may also oversee nursing assistants and LPNs while ensuring exceptional patient-centered care.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising assigned nursing staff
- Conducting initial assessments and modifying nursing care plans as necessary
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Monitoring patient progress and identifying conditions that require intervention
- Administering medications and performing treatments
- Assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures
- Engaging in resident and family education, along with discharge planning
Qualifications:
- Valid NYS Registered Nurse license
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of 6 months experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred
- Experience in a medical-surgical hospital department is a plus
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Available Schedules:
- Full-time, Part-time, and Per-Diem options available
- Shifts: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
Additional Information:
All candidates must be able to attend a mandatory orientation program.
Compensation:
Competitive pay at $58.00 per hour.

Education Requirements:

Shift Availability:
- Day, Overnight, and Night shifts available
Relocation:
- Candidates must be prepared to relocate as required
Work Location:
In-person.
