Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our cashwrap area, providing exceptional guest service, and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the cashwrap team to achieve sales and service goals
  • Ensure a seamless and efficient guest experience through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Train and develop new cashiers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Monitor and maintain cashwrap standards, including cleanliness and aesthetics
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve company goals
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and service goals
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of retail operations and cash handling procedures
