We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our International Estimating Department in Birmingham, Alabama. As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in analyzing RFP documents, performing detailed quantity take-offs, and pricing various work packages. Your expertise will be essential in helping us secure new projects and grow our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimation, with experience working on commercial, light industrial, and U.S. Government construction projects. You should be able to analyze vendor and subcontract proposals, prepare bid comparison tabulations, and ensure that all estimates are accurate and comprehensive.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly with colleagues and clients, and adapt to changing project requirements. **Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze RFP documents and develop detailed estimates
• Perform quantity take-offs and price work packages

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction estimation
• U.S. citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance
