Job Title: Softball Training Instructor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Softball Training Instructor to join our team at D-BAT Atlanta. As a Softball Training Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality softball training sessions to clients of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective softball training programs for clients
  • Work with clients to set and achieve their softball goals
  • Provide expert coaching and guidance to clients on various aspects of softball
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and training sessions

Requirements:

  • College, independent, minors, or professional playing or coaching experience
  • Experience giving one on one lessons or coaching within a softball camp environment
  • Team coaching experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge on multiple technological platforms
