Role Overview:

BMC Asset Inventory Management

Experience in Security Audits and Compliance (ITIL/CMDB expertise)

  • Hands-on technical proficiency with the software, including development, enhancements, and operational tasks.
  • Ability to manage daily operations with clients, addressing data quality challenges, implementing enhancements, and responding to inquiries from interfacing teams.
  • Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication abilities (essential).
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow/Jira ticket management is advantageous.

The potential compensation for this role is influenced by local labor market costs, alongside the candidate's job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. The expected base salary for this position ranges from [$100,000] to [$115,000]. For California, the range is [$100,000] to [$145,000]. Additionally, this role is eligible for Wipro's standard benefits and various compensation offerings, which include comprehensive medical and dental benefits, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other leave options, as well as potential incentive or variable compensation.
