As a key member of our entertainment team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution and maintenance of artistic and operational integrity of our shows, events, and costumed character products.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage operations teams, including casts and crews, to ensure seamless execution of shows and events.
- Execute and maintain assigned teams' timecards and schedules using Scheduler and KRONOS programs.
- Collaborate with Entertainment Theming, Operations, Production, and Theatrical Services teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement training programs for team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide developmental discussions for direct reports.
- Participate in other duties as assigned to support park and departmental goals and objectives.
- Proven supervisory stage management skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to negotiate and collaborate with a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Associates or BA in Theatre Management, Theatre Arts, Event Management, or equivalent professional experience.
- A dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
