Responsibilities

  • Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards, following our proven process to delight every customer.
  • Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Manage the team's schedule and drive safely, if assigned as a team lead.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the necessary housekeeping supplies.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Complete a background check.
  • Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
  • Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The pay range for this job is $14.00 to $19.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner.
  • Weekly pay.
  • Earn weekly bonuses and tips.
  • No nights, no weekends.
  • Up to 10 scheduled days off in your first year.
  • Earn up to 40 hours paid vacation after the first year; up to 80 hours after 3 years.
  • Incentives for performance.
