Responsibilities:

  • Operate dispatch software to assign routes and orders
  • Manage drivers to meet on-time requirements and efficiency levels
  • Notify clients of potential late deliveries
  • Utilize dispatch software to transform shipment data into routes and orders
  • Perform warehouse functions such as shipping, receiving, and stocking shelves
  • Quote Courier, Box Truck, and Freight delivery services
  • Cover routes as needed
Requirements:
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of computers for scheduling and dispatching duties
  • Ability to multitask and work under stress in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen attention to detail
