Job Description
We are seeking a talented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel, and maintain standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit.
Responsibilities
The RN will perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required
- Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required
- RN Hospital Experience is preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $38.81 - $67.58 per hour. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous Earned Time Off Package and Employee Wellbeing Program.
