- Data-Driven Quality Oversight: Oversee inspections, energization, and commissioning tasks, meticulously documenting outcomes. Leverage data analytics to monitor progress, identify potential shortcomings, and confirm that systems align with quality benchmarks and expectations prior to project handover.
- Documentation and Reporting: Uphold comprehensive and precise records of QA/QC activities, testing outcomes, and any identified concerns along with corrective measures. Produce clear and insightful reports for project stakeholders.
- Quality Expertise and Continuous Learning: Maintain a robust understanding of quality standards, regulations, and best practices specific to advanced technology construction projects. Actively seek opportunities to enhance knowledge to improve QA/QC processes and drive ongoing enhancements.
- Proactive Issue Resolution: Anticipate and address potential quality challenges. Lead investigations into root causes, develop corrective strategies, and implement preventive actions.
- Team Guidance and Development: Mentor project teams and subcontractors in comprehending quality standards and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction quality assurance and control, ideally within advanced technology or closely related fields.
- In-depth knowledge of construction regulations, standards, and specialized quality specifications pertinent to advanced technology and data centers.
- Proficiency in quality management software, documentation tools, and data analysis (e.g., ACC Build, Procore, Power BI, SmartSheet, Excel).
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic construction setting and engage directly with trade contractors on-site.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities to cultivate effective relationships with teams and stakeholders.
