Job Overview

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Aide to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinicians in delivering top-notch services.

About the Role

This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $11.00, with opportunities for bi-annual pay increases. You will be responsible for assisting patients with physical therapy treatments, preparing them for exercises and functional activities, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist clinicians during administration of treatments
  • Safeguard, motivate, and assist patients practicing exercises and functional activities under the direction of professional staff
  • Provide routine treatments, such as hot/cold packs, and other modalities as required
  • Clean and maintain equipment and work areas after treatment
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Previous clinical aide or rehab tech experience desirable
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to clearly document projects and manage production
  • Attention to detail and time management skills essential
