  • Identify and address knowledge gaps within the Branch and Service through thorough research, collection, analysis, and production efforts.
  • Maintain high standards of writing proficiency, producing timely and relevant formal intelligence documents in accordance with established production planning and ad-hoc information requests.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the systems and weaponry that constitute the adversary kill web, including Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance systems, as well as both kinetic and non-kinetic weaponry.
  • Evaluate foreign military systems and technologies through all-source analysis.

  • Utilize various tools, techniques, and methodologies to collect, analyze, interpret, and evaluate data.
  • Deliver written intelligence assessments and briefings to support stakeholders at tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
  • Ensure all written products comply with Intelligence Community Standards and adhere to MCIA production and review protocols.
  • Maintain situational awareness of the assigned portfolio and conduct research on current and future foreign capabilities.
  • Monitor technology transfer impacts and the capacity of recipient nations to integrate transferred technologies.
  • Annually produce a minimum number of all-source analysis products as required by production standards.
  • Assess the relevance and significance of developments in your assigned subject matter and geographic areas through complex data integration.
  • Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection requirements to address these gaps.
  • Formulate collection strategies and develop collection requirements.
  • Correlate data derived from multiple intelligence disciplines and open-source information.
  • Participate in relevant conferences and events to contribute insights and maintain professional connections.
  • Collaborate with counterparts across MCIA and other intelligence organizations to stay informed on current developments and enhance information sharing.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support the evolution of new processes, procedures, and technologies.
  • Conduct peer reviews of intelligence products submitted for internal and external coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to devise innovative research approaches that facilitate rigorous assessments for high-level tasks.
  • Extensive analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management across organizational boundaries, with clear articulation of key findings.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Expertise in reviewing analytic products for logical coherence, adherence to tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions.

Clearance Required:
