Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Administrator is to oversee and manage the overall operations of the facility in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations. You will ensure that the highest standards of quality care are maintained for every resident.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Administrator, you will:
- Organize and direct resources to uphold exceptional care.
- Plan and implement strategies to achieve the facility's business objectives.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
- Hold a valid Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing.
- Possess knowledge of state regulations governing nursing homes.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a similar supervisory role is required.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with day shifts available.
