Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of offices, hallways, and other high-traffic areas.
- Restocking supplies as needed and reporting inventory levels.
In addition to custodial duties, the successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and addressing minor repairs, such as changing light bulbs, patching walls, painting, and minor plumbing fixes.
