In return, members can request assistance when needed.

About the Role:

The PIC Upscale Retail Boutique is a vital part of our organization's funding efforts. As a Boutique Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store and contributing to our mission.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the donation process, including pricing and placement of merchandise.
  • Manage cash register operations (POS System), including opening/closing procedures, daily/weekly and monthly reports, and printing price tags.
  • Provide training to new volunteers.
  • Engage with customers and volunteers, addressing questions or concerns in a helpful and professional manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products, sales, discounts, and reward programs.
  • Ensure the sales floor and back room(s) are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and ensure efficient store operations.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with volunteers (preferred).
  • Proven retail experience, ideally in a supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.
