To be considered for this position, candidates must have a smartphone, valid driver's license, and a vehicle. A minimum of one year of residential or commercial painting experience is required.

Key Responsibilities - Painter

• Understand and follow painting preparation procedures, including sanding, caulking, and sealing
• Perform painting functions, such as painting windows, doors, soffits, fascia, shutters, and more, according to production rates with minimal supervision
• Perform spackling, glazing, wallpaper removal, and blow-out patching
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization
• Use and move ladders safely
• Maintain a full set of production tools

Physical Demands

The Painter position requires the ability to move and use ladders and power equipment, such as sanders, sprayers, and power washers. This role demands a Heavy Physical Demand Level (PDL). In an 8-hour workday, the employee must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull the following:

• 50-100 lbs occasionally (0-33% of the workday)
• 20-50 lbs frequently (34-66% of the workday)
• 10-20 lbs constantly (67-100% of the workday)

Transportation and Team Placement

Employees will drive from their home to the job site each day. Team placement will be based on geographical location.
