Highly Skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse Wanted for Travel Assignment

Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a new challenge? MedPro Healthcare Staffing is now looking for a talented Labor and Delivery nurse to join their team for a travel assignment in the United States.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Labor and Delivery nurse with experience in providing care to women before, during, and after delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.
- This is a 13-week contract position with a 36-hour workweek and 12-hour shifts.
- The start date is expected to be December 16th, but this may be subject to confirmation.
Labor and Delivery nurses play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of mothers and their newborns. As a travel nurse with MedPro, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients while exploring new locations and advancing your career.
- You will monitor vital signs, educate patients and their families, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- You will also maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with healthcare teams, and stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current RN license in good standing.
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute care Labor and Delivery setting.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and AWHONN.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Estimated salary range: $1,800 - $2,200 per week, depending on experience and location. This estimate includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined by the client facility.
