Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Pega Systems Architect

Job Summary: Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Pega Systems Architect to lead the development of large-scale, business-centric applications and provide technical expertise in Pega operations and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, test, debug, implement, and support large-scale, business-centric applications
  • Implement and administer on-premises and off-premises enterprise cloud solution architectures like AWS, Azure, and Red Hat
  • Create, validate, and maintain Pega Operations Runbooks and/or Reference Guides
  • Train team members and other stakeholders in Pega operations and administration
  • Document Pega Standards and Guardrails
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or directed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Masters or Doctorate degree may substitute for required experience
  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certification
  • 12+ years of experience building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management, business/systems analysis, and quality control/assurance
  • Ability to communicate technical details in a manner that non-technical resources understand
  • Experience with diverse platforms including Pega, Remedy ARS and ITSM, Microsoft technologies (including the.NET Framework, ASP and Visual Basic), Java and HP Asset Center
  • Experience in systems integration, distributed environments, service-oriented architecture (SOA), pattern-based development, and rapid application development techniques
