Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production process equipment, including vacuum furnaces, boilerclaves, conveyors, wax press, and robotic cells. The successful candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, hydraulics, plumbing, pipe fitting, welding, and soldering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair production process equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems in a timely manner.
  • Perform regular scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Handle hazardous waste in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and company policy.
  • Assist in other plant maintenance work as required by supervisor.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Electrical degree or certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience in general maintenance of plant equipment in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of vacuum furnace operation and repair.
  • Experience in robotic maintenance and/or programming a plus.
Working Conditions:

The Maintenance Technician will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, work positions, and physical demands. The ability to handle high stress and meet deadlines is essential.
