Position: Traveling Laboratory Supervisor

Overview:
TalentBurst, Inc is in search of a dedicated Traveling Laboratory Supervisor to oversee laboratory operations across various healthcare facilities. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage laboratory activities, ensuring adherence to quality control protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and report on laboratory data to maintain operational excellence.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for laboratory management services in collaboration with hospital partners.
• Train and evaluate laboratory staff, ensuring high performance and effective project outcomes.
• Maintain strong communication with hospital clients and internal teams to foster successful partnerships.
• Oversee the integration of laboratory services, ensuring timely and quality delivery of testing services.
• Manage laboratory budgets, invoicing, and financial activities to optimize resource allocation.
• Utilize project management skills to coordinate and execute laboratory initiatives.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the laboratory sector is required. Candidates with prior hospital management experience and knowledge of laboratory consolidation will be preferred.

Skills:
Proficiency in project management, strong organizational abilities, and advanced analytical skills are essential. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and data analytics is highly valued.
