  • Modalities and Equipment: Administer modalities and use therapeutic equipment for patient rehabilitation, ensuring a safe and effective treatment environment.
  • Patient Education: Instruct patients in exercise programs and techniques to improve physical function and well-being, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatments and progress to ensure seamless communication among healthcare team members.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the Physical Therapist and healthcare team to coordinate care and discuss treatment plans, promoting a cohesive and patient-centered approach.
  • Safety and Infection Control: Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic therapy environment, protecting patients and staff from harm.
  • Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients as they work toward their physical therapy goals, fostering a positive and supportive treatment environment.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties assigned by Management, ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.
Requirements
  • Physical Therapy Assistant State License: Possess a valid and active Physical Therapy Assistant State license, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
