Job Overview

As a Registered Nurse Surgery Clinical Coord at Del Sol Medical Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in our operating rooms. With an estimated salary of $85,000 per year, this position offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth and development.

In this role, you will:

  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality care
  • Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care services and collaborate with management to improve quality and safety
  • Cultivate a culture of teamwork and support among colleagues to enhance patient outcomes
  • Recommend and implement courses of action to promote employee engagement and productivity
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Compact or Texas RN License
  • An Associate Degree in Nursing or higher
  • One year of clinical experience in OR
  • ACLS, PALS certification and licenses must be renewed prior to expiration
