We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Stamford, Connecticut.
About the JobThis is a night shift position that requires working 8-hour shifts, providing exceptional patient care, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare team members. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating patients, maintaining a clean environment, and utilizing department equipment effectively.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $80,000 to $110,000, based on a tax-free stipend amount and competitive compensation package. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term disability, and reimbursement for licensure and CEU's.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post-procedure, depending on unit requirements.
- Maintain a clean environment and adequate stock of supplies.
- Utilize technical skills, such as grasping, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling, and moving equipment (up to 100lbs), while assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.
- Work under close supervision occasionally, as well as independently without assistance from other personnel.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, other healthcare team members, and patients.
