Job Summary:

As a Truck Washer at Performance Foodservice, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our delivery trucks. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize delivery trucks to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of truck interiors and exteriors, including floors, walls, and equipment.
  • Follow established safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of food products, ensuring that they are handled and stored properly.
  • Perform routine maintenance on washing equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.
  • Ensure all trucks are ready for daily deliveries, meeting the high standards of Performance Foodservice.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
