Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.

Requirements

• Valid Indiana Nurse License
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
