Job Summary:

We are seeking a Graduate Nurse to join our team in a transitional role that allows them to begin orienting while awaiting NCLEX results and eventually function as a Registered Nurse.

The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care activities under the supervision of a registered nurse, learn to operate various medical devices, and expand their clinical knowledge and skills.

This role offers a comprehensive learning experience, allowing the graduate nurse to familiarize themselves with the hospital environment, work under the guidance of RNs, and develop essential nursing procedures.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent nursing graduates to gain hands-on experience and grow their professional careers.
