Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in understanding service needs and repairs
  • Identify customer requirements and align them with appropriate service solutions
  • Communicate service processes clearly and keep clients informed throughout their vehicle's service
  • Stay informed about new products, features, and training opportunities
  • Implement a follow-up system to encourage repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Recruit and oversee all service department staff, monitoring their performance in customer service
  • Establish departmental goals, including an annual budget and marketing strategies to attract new clients
  • Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) by promptly addressing customer concerns
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a service management role
  • Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proactive attitude, eager to learn and collaborate with internal teams
