The World Equestrian Center is seeking a skilled Bartender to provide exceptional beverage service to our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, processing food orders, and delivering prompt and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and promote house drinks to maximize revenue.
  • Prepare beverages according to standard operating procedures, ensuring proper portions and ingredients to control costs.
  • Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption, notifying management of incidents.
  • Check identification for guests requesting alcoholic beverages.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including counting and securing cash and credit card payments.
  • Provide food service to guests and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
  • Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Money handling experience.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Able to work nights and weekends.
  • Previous experience in a customer service-based role, preferably in a restaurant.
  • Bartending experience.
  • Serving experience is a plus.
  • TIPS certification preferred.
