Bitterroot Health is seeking a skilled Wound Care Registered Nurse to join our team in Hamilton, Montana. As a Wound Care RN, you will provide professional nursing care to patients with various acuity across the age spectrum.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate the nursing process and document findings in the EMR
- Direct patient care activities and collaborate with ancillary staff
- Communicate with providers and co-workers regarding patient conditions
- Participate in quality and performance improvement projects
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN or ADN)
- Current Montana or compact license per Montana Board of Nursing Regulations
- Basic Life Support certification
- CWCA minimum required, CWCN, CWON preferred
