- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for patients and colleagues.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, enhancing skills and knowledge in respiratory therapy and ventilation management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited respiratory program or equivalent experience.
- Current RT licensure in all states served by AdaptHealth LLC.
- CPR certification and valid driver's license required.
- At least one year of clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist, preferably in ventilation management.
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive movements due to computer use.
- May be exposed to unsanitary conditions, hazardous materials, loud noise, and extreme temperatures.
Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we anticipate offering a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
